We have used Pro-Trainers UK for all our material handling equipment training needs for over twelve months now and always found this Company both friendly and conscientious.

Mark Jones himself and his other trainers are both professional and courteous and have never failed yet to make either the novice or experienced trainees feel anything but at ease during their training and assessment.

In my previous role within Pirelli, I also used Pro-Trainers for similar training and was so impressed I carried our relationship over to my new Company at Safic-Alcan.

What I find is that Pro-Trainers are quite prepared (and have done in the past) to fail persons who do not achieve the required standards, this instils confidence in me as Health & Safety Manager that the training is not simply a paperwork exercise.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro-Trainers to anyone looking for novice training or refresher training in the correct use of their material handling equipment.
