Heavy Machinery Training is no joke. That is why at Pro-Trainers, we work only with the best of the best, demanding exceptional trainers to provide our clients with the best experience we can provide for them.
We know that operating heavy-equipment is no small feat. Our trainers and staff will be there with you every step of the way, giving you not only the training you are looking for but the guidance and support to ensure that you are good to go once the training is over.
Training courses can last anywhere from one to five days. The time spent learning your equipment will be done at the absolute highest level there is. That is where Pro-Trainers excels.

Our trainers have many years of experience in the industry and come to you with multiple training qualifications and expertise working with the equipment. This combination gives Pro-Trainers a unique approach to teaching the best practices on this heavy equipment.
Managing Director/Founder
Mark Jones, 56. Mark Jones has over 30 years of experience in training multiple pieces of equipment. He is an examiner and instructor for that equipment and IOSH, NEBOSH, and being a licensed NVQ assessor
Admin Officer
Mark Fish is a 58-year-old qualified forklift driver. His forklift qualification was last renewed in 2019. He has worked with Pro-Trainers for the past two years, and during that time, achieved his Btec for Business Administration – Level 2.
Team Leader and Business Admin
Lianne Busby (Lili, not Jeff) is 52-years old and has been instructing for seven years. An assessor, classroom tutor, and instructor, Lili has completed both a warehouse and storage apprenticeship and completed NVQs in both, along with an NVQ in Production Manufacturing Operations (PMO). With Pro-Trainers for approximately 18-months, he recently added a completed FIrst Aid Instructor Course to his training list.
Trainer
Derick Bunch, 49. Derick is an instructor examiner and has many areas of expertise. Though with us for just about three years, Derick has been training heavy equipment for 25 years. His expertise includes plant equipment, lift trucks, tower scaffolding, and train the trainer.
Examiner/Instructor
Mark Fuller is a 48-year-old veteran of the British Army. He served in the British Army for 31 years and has been an examiner/instructor for three years. He is certified to train not only on a variety of different equipment but also PTLLS inst., IOSH, and NVQ assessor
